I asked you a question, how
come you haven't answered me?
If your question is about a download problem, and the "/problem.html" page did not help, you would have sent me an email with "Attention Brenda" in the Subject line. If it did not say "Attention Brenda" it was automatically deleted. My email settings are set to take care of problems; all other emails are considered junk. Spam artists load up my account so full I can never read my mail. The subject line is very important.
If your question is about the material in the book you will be happy to know that no one has asked me a question in the last 10 years that was not covered in the book. I use to rewrite passages of my book to answer multiple questions. I have already added questions and answers to my book. I also created a movie that verbally and visually reiterated the book. You don't have to buy the movie to have access to all the information. Even my website contains useful points from my book. I do read all of your questions. I am unable to respond due to my other work load. When I see a question that is not covered in the book, I will respond. If the question has nothing to do with hair growth or hair care (which promotes hair growth) then I will be unable to respond.
I feel apologetic when I write this but I had an instructor in one class I took. I sat in that class for 2 years. The instructor would take no questions until the last month of the second year. Absurd you say. He told me the answer to my every question along the way. It was in his books, and I could find answers in my notes. I never had the nerve to contact him to ask a question, because eventually, I would always find the answer. When he let students ask questions at the end of the second year, guess what? No new information. So I say to you, times change, products come and go, but my hair growth research and program is as accurate as the day it was founded. I promise you, if I come across a question (on topic) that has not been addressed I will write you back.
