I thought I heard that PayPal was new for Europe. Anyway it is a good system. If you want to write a cheque, you set up an account with PayPal (www.PayPal.com) and you don't have to give out personal information to web sites. You can use your credit card however if you want to download your book instantly. I don't take international checks since my bank charges me $25 for international exchanges.
