I am sorry you are having download problems. I just tried it and it works perfectly. Using your order ID number please go to the link found at the bottom of your invoice. Click on it or copy the link to your address line.

If you type it in, the case must be exact. Even if the page looks correct, it won't process unless it is coming from this EXACT page. Let me know if you have any more problems.
